Class of ‘24 says goodbye in style

Tumut High School students didn’t hold back when it came to dressing up for their last day of school, and raised $3000 for charity.

AS has been tradition for many years, the Tumut High School Year 12 students dressed-up on their last day of school and visited local businesses fundraising for charity.

It is also a special time on this day for the Year 12 students when they visit their former primary schools and bid farewell to their teachers from earlier years.

This year Year 12 chose the LifeChanger Foundation as their charity. The LifeChanger Foundation addresses mental health with programs for young people which are effective in achieving their goal of empowering young people to reach their full potential. Their evidence-based programs have proven to positively influence students’ self-development, resulting in improvements in health, optimism, self-awareness, and resilience, as well as stronger connections with peers and the community.

Tumut High School would like to say a big thank you to all those who supported this cause and donated to the LifeChanger Foundation. All funds donated will go to LifeChanger Foundation with $3000 having been raised already.
