Cow Pad Bingo #2

THE two willing Charolais cows; RYCE Coralie and RYCE Estella were keen to perform in the Cow Pad Bingo arena, after their debut and experience with the game just a month ago.

Live streaming took place of Cow Pad Bingo #2 and within a short time after this unique event, there had been 2200 views and still growing on social media.

Cow Pad Bingo is a Tumut Takes 2 fundraiser for April Lawson and Tony Butler who are raising funds for their charity KidsXpress.

Since 2020, KidsXpress has been helping Snowy Valleys children build resilience, process emotions and heal in a safe supportive space. KidsXpress changes lives through Expressive Therapy, a unique approach combining psychotherapy with the creative modalities of music, art, play, drama and movement.

Tumut Takes 2 is a beloved local singing competition that pairs well-known community members with experienced performers to create an unforgettable showcase of duets. On 26 and 27 September, 2025, Tony and his singing partner April will take to the stage delivering a captivating performance all in the cause to raise funds for KidsXpress.

The RYCE cattle parading students from Tumut High School under the tutelage of Agriculture teacher Miss Burden, prepared the Charolais cows by adding some colourful bow ties, boas and clips to the animals, before they entered the bingo space.

Patience was required by the spectators as an hour and a half passed by before RYCE Estella deposited her dung on the winning square number 72, purchased by Marie Cathro who collected $100. Congratulations to Marie.

April and Tony thank all the supporters of Cow Pad Bingo #2 including Miss Burden and the RYCE cattle parading students. Tickets are now on sale for the third cow pad bingo game.
