Service stations at Gundagai South, Jindera and Hay have been listed as venues of concern associated with confirmed cases of Covid 19.
Anyone who attended the Gundagai Coles Express on Mount St and Middle St on Thursday, July 8, between 1am and 1.30am is considered a close contact and must immediately get tested and isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result, and call 1800 943 553 unless they have already been contacted by NSW Health.
Similarly, anyone who attended Shell Jindera at 90 Urana Street on Saturday, July 10, between 11.15am and 11.45am is also considered a close contact.
Anyone who attended the Shell Hay Roadhouse on July 10 between 7.30am and 8am is a casual contact and must get tested and self-isolate until they receive a negative result.
Anyone who lives or works in any of these areas is asked to be particularly vigilant for the onset of even the mildest of cold-like symptoms, and if they appear, to immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result is received.
There is a GP-led respiratory clinic at Gundagai’s Mount St (book online: www.hotdoc.com.au or phone 02 6944 3444) and at the Gundagai MPS (drop in or book by calling the Covid 19 hotline on 1800 831 099).
NSW Health thanked the venues for their cooperation. All venues had a comprehensive COVID-19 safety plan in place as well as Service NSW QR code check-in.
