SNOWY Valleys Council’s busy roadwork season is in full swing.
Crews are currently working on rehabilitation works to a 350m section of the Tumut Plains Road. Resealing works in Boundary Street and Merivale Street, Tumut, and Elizabeth Drive Batlow will get underway soon. These works are all funded under the Australian Government Roads to Recovery Program.
Other rehabilitation, heavy patch, resheet and reseal works recently completed under this program include Ramsey Road, Tumbarumba – Rehabilitation works to a 950m section of road, Camden Park Road, Tumbarumba – Rehabilitation works to a 300m section of road,
Coppabella Road, Rosewood – heavy patch, West Gilmore Road, Gilmore – reseal, Munderoo Ournie Road, Ournie – reseal, Brungle Road, Brungle – reseal, Mayday Road, Batlow – reseal, Dalhunty Street, Tumut – reseal and River Road, Tumut – resheet.
